Role Description
This is a full-time,



in office role based in Jaipur for a B2B2C & B2G Sales & Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with institutional buyers, government bodies, channel partners, and village-level entrepreneurs, while supporting outreach to farmers and rural households. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and high customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also includes building long-term relationships, participating in field visits, government tenders or programmes, and contributing to sales strategy and market feedback for continuous improvement.
