- Research and identify experienced faculty members, trainers, and industry experts for different learning programs.
- Reach out to potential faculty via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate meetings and manage the onboarding process with faculty members.
- Schedule and organize video shoots, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and faculty.
- Assist during content shoots by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with faculty to structure course curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Develop detailed course modules and learning plans.
- Create qualified PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), study materials, assignments, and supporting learning resources.
- Draft, edit, and refine educational content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality learning products.
- Track project timelines and ensure content is completed within deadlines.
