Position Overview

Elite Proteins is looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company's digital growth initiatives, increase brand awareness, and drive online sales across ecommerce and direct-to-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through performance marketing initiatives.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates,



and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Handle website management and updates through WordPress.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage marketplace marketing activities across Amazon, Flipkart, HealthKart, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Positive understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and ecommerce marketing.
- Working knowledge of WordPress website management and updates.
- Experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
