We are hiring experienced B2C Collections Agents (Voice) for a dynamic global process. The role involves managing customer accounts, handling collections activities, resolving payment disputes, and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers through calls and emails. Candidates with strong communication, negotiation, and accounts receivable experience are encouraged to apply.

Your Future Employer –

Responsibilities –

1. Manage end-to-end collections activities for assigned customer accounts
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to payments, disputes, and invoice clarifications
3. Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections
4. Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment issue resolution
5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and account reconciliations using Excel tools

Requirements –

1. 3–5 years of experience in B2C Collections / Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash
2.



Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities
4. Hands-on experience with Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
5. Comfortable working in rotational night shifts and 5 days work from office
