Job Summary

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with solid experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and international Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns. The ideal candidate has worked in the Rewards, Loyalty, Incentives, Employee Engagement, or Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain and has successfully generated qualified sales pipeline across global markets.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC)



role requiring ownership of marketing campaigns, analytics, lead generation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for international markets.
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Generate and manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Track marketing performance using funnel analytics and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue teams to improve pipeline performance.
- Use modern marketing automation tools and AI-powered workflows.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of B2B Marketing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in B2B SaaS within:
