Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Bareilly for a Business Executive / Senior Business Executive focused on new and used tractor loans and implements finance. The role involves identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and promoting financing solutions for tractors and related implements in assigned territories.



The professional will meet with customers and channel partners (such as dealers and distributors), explain loan products, assess basic eligibility, and assist with documentation and application processing. Daily activities include managing existing customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up, delivering high-quality customer service, and coordinating with internal teams for approvals and disbursements. The role also requires regular field visits, market intelligence gathering, and participation in local marketing activities to drive portfolio growth while maintaining credit discipline.
