Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Prepare and submit Monthly MIS and financial reports to HQ Germany within defined timelines.





Prepare and share Weekly Financial Reporting with HQ Germany.

Ensure timely completion and submission of all Wanzl Group audit schedules, reporting packages and year-end deliverables.

Manage Direct Tax compliance, including Withholding Tax, Payroll Tax and E-TDS.

Manage Indirect Tax compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations and statutory filings.

Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements and management reports.

Ensure compliance with Labour Law statutory requirements, including Skilled Tax.

Prepare and submit RBI Annual Foreign Liabilities & Assets (FLA) Return and other regulatory filings.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and government authorities.

Develop, implement and continuously improve accounting policies, internal controls and financial processes.
