About the Role: (Battery Segment)

The role involves identifying & closing new business opportunities, engaging with customers, understanding technical requirements, and working closely with engineering teams to propose tailored solutions. The individual will act as a bridge between customers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to drive deal closure and revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities:




- Drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities across equipment manufacturing and automated production lines for advanced chemistry cells, and battery packs
- Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers to understand manufacturing processes, automation requirements, and equipment needs for advanced chemistry cells, battery packs, and BESS production
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design customized solutions and prepare RFQs/BOMs
- Plan and execute and achieve revenue target commitments
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through proactive market outreach and client engagement
- Monitor industry trends in Advanced Chemistry Cells, lithium-ion batteries, BESS, and industrial automation to identify recent market opportunities
- Lead end-to-end proposal management, from requirement gathering to submission and negotiation
