Responsibilities
- Conduct badminton coaching sessions for children and adults
- Teach proper techniques, footwork, strokes, and game strategy
- Plan structured training sessions
- Motivate and mentor players
- Monitor player progress and provide feedback
- Prepare players for tournaments and competitions
- Maintain discipline and a positive training environment
Requirements
- Passion for badminton coaching
- Good communication skills
- Playing or coaching experience preferred
- Ability to coach beginners and intermediate players
- Positive attitude and skilled approach
