Role Description
The Sports Management Intern at BLAZE OLYMPIAA will support the daily operations of sports programs and training sessions in an on-site, full-time role based in Pune District. Responsibilities include assisting coaches during practice sessions, coordinating schedules, managing participant registrations, and maintaining attendance and performance records. The intern will help organize events, tournaments, and promotional activities,



while supporting communication with athletes, families, and partner institutions. The role also involves contributing to basic sales and outreach efforts, such as responding to inquiries, providing information about programs, and helping increase participant engagement. The intern will work closely with the coaching and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of sports activities and a positive experience for all participants.

Qualifications
- Sports Coaching and Coaching skills, with an interest in athlete development and training support
- Football knowledge and experience, with the ability to assist in football-focused sessions
- Solid Communication skills for interacting with athletes, parents, coaches, and partners
- Basic Sales skills to support program promotion, enrollment, and community outreach
- Enthusiasm for sports and youth development, with a proactive and organ
