Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service support to customers for farm equipment, tractors, and other agricultural machinery.
- Conduct field service calls to diagnose and repair issues with customer-owned equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours billed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
