Role Overview

The Indus Valley is looking for an experienced and results-driven Vice President Marketing to lead the company's overall marketing strategy and brand growth across India.

The role will be responsible for driving the company's online business across D2C, e-commerce marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms. The incumbent will also lead the creative function responsible for product design and creative development, strengthen customer acquisition and retention, and ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in building and scaling consumer brands, managing large marketing teams and budgets, and driving profitable business growth across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute the companys overall marketing, brand and growth strategy.
- Lead PAN India marketing operations across D2C, e-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and offline retail channels.
- Drive online business growth across major marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
- Lead brand marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, content, creative development and customer acquisition functions.
- Lead the creative team responsible for product design, packaging, campaign creatives and brand communication.
- Manage marketing budgets and improve key performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, retention, repeat purchases and revenue.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.
