Diamico Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Lead Generation Specialist to support our business growth across India and international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation and outbound sales, with exposure to Software, SaaS, Enterprise IT, Smart Infrastructure, Engineering Services, or Digital Transformation solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and consistently achieving lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective B2B customers across India, the Middle East, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other professional networking platforms.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities.




- Schedule meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including solid cross-cultural communication for international outreach.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar sales intelligence and prospecting platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of software products and enterprise technology solutions.
