Role Description:

The Senior Architect role at SAK Designs is a full-time, in office position based in Kerala, India. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design from concept through detailed drawings, coordinate with engineers and consultants, and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards. Daily tasks include preparing design presentations,



reviewing drawings and documentation, guiding junior team members, and overseeing integration of design elements into overall project plans. The role involves close collaboration with clients to understand requirements, managing project timelines and deliverables, and supporting site teams to resolve design-related issues during execution.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess experience with Integration and coordination of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or similar).
- Prior experience in leading projects
