Inventory Management
- Receive incoming materials and verify against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Inventory software.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Perform cycle counting and annual physical inventory.

Material Receipt & Inspection
- Verify quantity and documentation during receipt.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for incoming material inspection.
- Segregate Accepted, Rejected, Hold, and Quarantine materials.

Material Issue
- Issue materials to Production as per approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN).
- Ensure timely supply to avoid production downtime.
- Record all material movements in ERP.

Battery Cell & Sensitive Material Handling
- Handle Lithium-ion battery cells according to safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper storage temperature and humidity (where applicable).
- Prevent physical damage, short circuits, and contamination.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.

Storage Management




- Maintain proper rack identification and bin locations.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Ensure proper labeling and traceability.
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas (5S).

Documentation
- Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Maintain Material Issue Slips.
- Prepare Daily Stock Reports.
- Update Bin Cards and Inventory Registers.
- Maintain Batch/Lot Traceability records.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow EHS guidelines for battery material storage.
- Ensure fire safety compliance.
- Proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Use PPE while handling sensitive materials.
- Report damaged materials immediately.

Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Production
- Purchase
- Quality Assurance
- Planning
- Dispatch
- Support urgent material requirements.

Housekeeping
- Maintain 5S standards.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
- Organize materials for easy identification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
