Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical
Finance Manager
to support the financial operations of a growing real estate development company. This role is ideal for a motivated qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and financial models, and is eager to grow within the real estate industry.





The candidate will work under the guidance of the partners and will play a key role in underwriting projects, managing financial processes, maintaining accurate books, and supporting operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Underwriting
- Perform financial underwriting and feasibility analysis for new real estate development and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed Excel-based financial models for project evaluation, returns analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Analyze project assumptions, risks, cash flows, and investment metrics.

Cash Flow & Budget Management
- Prepare and maintain company and project-level budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Assist management with liquidity planning and financial decision-making.

Cost Management & Vendor Review
- Develop and maintain standardized cost te
