We are hiring Customer Service Experts for our Airline client.

Industry Worked in: Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, BPO

Location: Gurgaon

Job Requirement:

*Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite

*Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or a combination *Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing

*Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)





*GDS Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage

*Ability to handle complex situations

*Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs as per process requirements

*Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in

Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA or in a BPO, Amadeus, ticketing.

Anyone who has Airline voice process experience will be helpful

Education:
- Graduation in any stream, Hotel Management / Aviation Diploma Holders, Graduate freshers.
