Role Description
The Director of Event Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for overseeing end-to-end event operations and ensuring seamless execution of all booked events. This role manages operational processes, supervises event planning and coordination, and works closely with vendors, internal teams, and clients to maintain high service standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining operational workflows,



monitoring event timelines and budgets, resolving on-the-ground issues, and optimizing resource allocation. The Director will also collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to improve client experience, implement quality controls, and report on key operational metrics. This position involves leading and mentoring an operations team, establishing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across all event operations.

Qualifications
- Solid Event Planning and Event Management skills to oversee multiple events, workflows, and stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to manage event finances and operational expenses effectively.
