Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Tripearltech. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and related cloud solutions, and build a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, networking,



and partnership development. The role involves conducting discovery calls, understanding client requirements, collaborating with technical and consulting teams to shape proposals, and presenting tailored solution offerings to decision-makers. The Business Development Manager will negotiate commercial terms, support contract closure, and maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, tracking industry trends, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing regular sales forecasts, and working closely with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience of 4-7 years in business development, sales, or account management in IT services, SaaS, or enterprise software, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics or related technologies.
