We operate like a product company in every function, and marketplaces is no exception: our Amazon business across the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, India, the UAE and beyond runs on uh-amazon, an in-house platform we built ourselves.

Why this role exists

Most marketplace-head roles are dashboard jobs with a layer of geo managers underneath. This one is the inverse. The platform already surfaces what is wrong, everywhere, every day.



Your job is to decide and to lead a tiny team that acts on pricing, on the channel model for each geo, on the ads turnaround and to keep the team tiny by pushing routine work back onto the platform.

What you'll own
- The global P&L; every Amazon geo plus Flipkart, noon, and quick-commerce partners; the number is yours
- Pricing and promotions discounts, coupons, MAP enforcement, and price-match decisions across all geos
- Channel-model decisions self-run 3P vs 1P/vendor vs distributor sell-in, geo by geo; several need this call in your first quarter
- The ads turnaround — your first mandate is to fix the loss-making spend in the largest geos and take ownership of advertising efficiency
- A team of three to four — two operators (you hire them), a platform engineer, and a part time claims function
- New-marketplace launches — under a simple filter: real demand, a partner-operated model by
