Lead end-to-end SAR and cost controlling processes for Business Platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance Act as primary finance counterpart to Platform Leadership on cost, SAR, and overhead topics Drive Outlooks, Target setting, and long-term planning (BSR), linking actuals, SAR, and strategic plans Lead and develop a team of cost controllers, fostering high performance and continuous improvement Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of cost controlling processes Deliver clear insights on cost drivers, FTE evolution, and efficiency opportunities to senior stakeholders
What we re looking for:
Bachelor s or master s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5 10 years of experience in cost controlling, finance, or overhead management roles Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a global workplace Excellent analytical capability with a strong governance and compliance mindset Passion for digitalization, automation, and modern finance tools
