Hands on Experience in Managing Global Upgrades of SQL Server 2016 from earlier versions
Experience in managing team upgrading from MS SQL Server 2008R2 to SQL Server 2014/ SQL Server 2016 Experience in identifying any roadblocks in this
Experience to Work with key project stakeholders and business users to communicate and document the project and map out all requirements.
Experience in creating detailed project plan, utilizing Microsoft Project, and any additional tools e.g. Excel, identifying all systems running MS SQL Server 2008R2 globally in use.
Experiencing in managing multi-vendor personnel and communicating with them on plans and timelines.
