We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who will play a key role in building commercial partnerships, generating revenue, and expanding the FlickeZ ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

* Identify and secure partnerships with national and regional brands.

* Develop relationships with marketing managers, business owners, and decision-makers.

* Negotiate commercial agreements and sponsorship opportunities.

* Build long-term strategic partnerships across multiple industries.

Advertising & Sponsorship Sales

* Sell sponsored categories, featured listings, homepage banners, and promotional campaigns.

* Create customised advertising solutions for businesses.

* Generate recurring advertising revenue.





* Identify new advertising opportunities across the platform.

Recruitment & Employer Partnerships

* Build partnerships with companies hiring drivers and other service professionals.

* Promote FlickeZ as a recruitment and workforce sourcing platform.

* Develop employer packages and recruitment campaigns.

* Negotiate commercial recruitment agreements.

Business Development

* Generate current business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and meetings.

* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

* Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.

* Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Commercial Strategy

* Research market trends and competitor offerings.

* Recommend new revenue opportunities and pricing strategies.
