Role Overview
- Designation: Relationship Manager
- Domain: Tele-Sales / Tele-Marketing / Lead Generation
- Shift: General Day Shift
- Salary: 2.0 LPA to 3.0 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers to introduce financial products.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Product Expertise: Explain financial products (specifically Home Loans) to customers
clearly.
- Sales Targets: Handle objections effectively and work toward achieving monthly sales
milestones.
Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 02 years.
Note: Candidates with prior experience in Home Loans will be given preference.
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
