Are you an experienced
Shipping Executive
with expertise in
garment exports
? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our Export Logistics team and ensure seamless execution of international shipments.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan and execute export shipments as per buyer schedules.
✅ Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
✅ Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters.
✅ Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, and export regulations.
✅ Track shipments and provide timely updates to buyers and management.
✅ Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
✅ Manage container bookings, vessel schedules, and cargo movement.
✅ Handle post-shipment documentation and export-related records.
✅ Resolve logistics and documentation issues efficiently.
✅ Maintain shipping MIS and support export audits.
✅ Guide and mentor junior team members.
Candidate Profile
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔
5–8 years
of experience in
woven garment export shipping
.
✔ Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international logistics.
✔ Positive command of
MS Excel, ERP systems, and email communication
.
✔ Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
