Role Description
This full-time, on-site Corporate Business Development Manager role is based in Recent Delhi + Bengaluru and focuses on expanding Tot Learning’s corporate partnerships and revenue streams. The position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, and developing strategic plans to approach corporate clients. The manager will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and presenting tailored solutions to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include managing key corporate accounts, building long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and tracking performance against business development targets. The role also requires preparing business reports, sales forecasts, and presentations for leadership, while continuously improving processes to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
