Role Description

The Human Resources Intern at MyWall will support the HR team in daily operations and employee lifecycle activities in our Gurugram office. Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will aid in coordinating employee benefits documentation, gathering HR data and preparing reports,



and supporting personnel management activities such as attendance tracking and basic employee queries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, offering hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-growing, creator-focused tech environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record-keeping.
- Robust organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
