Job Description
- Monitor and support applications, servers, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot production, hardware, network, and application issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and trouble tickets.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and applications.
- Analyze logs and monitoring data to identify root causes.
- Work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain inventory, assets, documentation, and operational reports.
- Use monitoring and ticketing tools for system health and support activities.
- Be versatile to work in shifts/on-call support and communicate effectively with stakeholders
