We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on components related to Industrial Automation and Digitalization. You'll be a key collaborator with engineering, sales, and project management, actively contributing to process improvement and supplier selection. You'll join a close-knit, multicultural team located in different locations where collaboration, respect, and humor are valued. Your focus will be to support our TI EAD business in accordance with aligned global processes.
How Youll Make an Impact
Support procurement activities during Pre-bid, sales and execution phases of projects.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sending RFQs and collecting offers to issuing POs and coordinating vendor payments with our Gurugram procurement team.
Coordinate procurement tasks for assigned projects, ensuring strategies and targets are implemented effectively.
Ensure timely receipt of valid and competitive offers to support pre-bid and project execution requirements.
Lead and coordinate Requests for Quotation (RFQs), preparing total cost of ownership analyses and detailed price breakdowns.
Act as the bridge between the Bengaluru GEC and the Gurugram procurement team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on all supply chain activities.
Demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills to drive efficiency and collaboration across teams.
What You Bring
Minimum bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred: Electrical, Electronics or Instruments Engineering).
5+ years of relevant experience in procurement/manufacturing engineering, or technically driven supplier collaboration (or comparable engineering roles).
Solid analytical and cost engineering skills (should costing and evaluation of supplier data and quotations).
