Role & responsibilities

1. A) Strategic Planning & Research: Conduct comprehensive industry, market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities.

B. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze commercial data, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and create executive-level dashboards for senior leadership.

2. C. New Development: Collaborate for new product development, new automation and prepare compelling business cases for new initiatives and strategic investments.

3. D. Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable, data-driven optimization strategies.

4. E. Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and executive leadership to ensure all projects align with the companys core objectives.

QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION
- Preferably an engineering /statistical graduate with a MBA and 5-6 years experience in Strategy and Project Management.
- Hands-on experience on PMP tools, Tableau/Power BI, Analytical IT and Statistical tools

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years experience in Project Management
- Proven knowledge and understanding of warehousing and transportation processes.
- High Level knowledge of SCM IT tools, MS OFFICE tools,
- Proven understanding of logistics and SCM concepts
