A leading global organization is seeking an experienced
Lead Enterprise Architect
to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture governance, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a leadership role for an accomplished architect who can bridge business strategy with technology execution while enabling innovation across complex enterprise ecosystems.
The successful candidate will define target-state architectures, lead modernization initiatives, and collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to build scalable, resilient, and future-ready platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and target-state architecture.
- Align technology investments with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance across the organization.
- Lead architecture for enterprise-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams,
and engineering organizations to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend cutting-edge solutions that deliver business value.
- Drive cloud adoption, platform modernization, and enterprise integration strategies.
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance to Solution Architects and technical teams.
- Develop business cases and technology roadmaps to support strategic investments.
- Identify technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Mentor architecture teams and promote best practices across the organization.
Required Experience
- 18+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in a Lead Enterprise Architect or Lead Solution Architect role.
- Strong experience developing enterprise architecture strategies for large, complex organizations.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation and cloud migration programs.
