Role Description
The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for nurses, physiotherapists, and other care and operations roles at YORO Health. This full time, on-site position is based in Pune City and includes sourcing candidates,



screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves developing and maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings across various platforms, and supporting employer branding initiatives aligned with YORO Health’s mission. The specialist will also facilitate onboarding activities, coordinate training schedules for new hires, and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Collaboration with care teams and community managers is essential to understand staffing needs and ensure timely, high-quality hiring.
