Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable,



secure, and resilient system architecture using modern design patterns.
- Lead full-stack development using Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Python.
- Manage backend databases including MSSQL, PostgreSQL and reporting tools like SSRS.
- Define and implement DevOps pipelines using Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the tech team.
- Mentor developers, enforce coding best practices and promote knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and infrastructure.
- Drive adoption of recent technologies like AI, IoT, and advanced analytics.
- Evaluate third-party tools and libraries to enhance product performance and value.
