What Youll Do:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Designing and implementing ETL processes using AWS services and PySpark to ensure optimal data flow and storage.
- Developing and maintaining data models and databases to support analytical needs and reporting.
- Ensuring data integrity and security by implementing best practices and compliance standards.
- Optimizing existing data systems and pipelines for performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Mentoring junior data engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- 8-12 years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with a focus on BFSI.
- Proficiency in AWS services, particularly in data storage and processing solutions (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue).
- Strong experience with PySpark for data processing and ETL tasks.
