What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the
end-to-end hiring lifecycle
for roles across India for global clients.
- Coordinate and schedule
interviews, candidate communication
, and feedback loops with hiring teams.
- Screen and engage
with potential candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations and Nebula values.
- Schedule and coordinate internal
team meetings, HR check-ins
, and one-on-ones.
- Be the
voice of HR
— drive
internal communication
to ensure employees feel informed, heard, and cared for.




- Help
foster a robust, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
— even across screens.
- Support tracking of
performance reviews, benefits, and employee milestones

Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related roles.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills
— verbal and written.
- You love people, processes, and making things work better.
- A natural
relationship builder
with empathy and follow-through.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively.
- Exposure or curiosity about
Generative AI, automation, or social media tools
is a plus
