Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience in Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) consulting or industry, with the majority of experience in Retail & CPG transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise leading 23 functional domains across the Retail & CPG value chain, such as:
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Merchandising
- Planogramming
- Logistics & Supply Chain
- Store Operations
- Field Operations
- Demand Planning
- Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
- Category Management
- Broad understanding of the complete Retail & CPG value chain with the ability to engage independently in CXO-level business discussions.
- Strong understanding of Retail & CPG business drivers, including omnichannel retailing, margin optimization, SKU rationalization, private label strategy, seasonal demand, and fulfillment models.
- Experience leading or playing a key role in large-scale transformation programs such as ERP modernization, PLM implementations, merchandising transformation, or supply chain re-platforming.
- Proven experience driving client workshops, discovery sessions, business consulting engagements, and strategic advisory initiatives.
- Hands-on experience developing domain frameworks, accelerators, benchmarks, reusable assets, and practice intellectual property (IP).
- Strong experience supporting presales activities, solution design, proposal development, client presentations, and deal shaping.
