About the Position:

We are looking for a Engineer to join the Plant Quality Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager.

This position is based at our office in manesar.

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Ensure Product Quality as per Drawing and as per control plan
- Hands on experience on preparing PFMEA, Control Plan
- Sound knowledge and hands on experience on problem solving ,8D, 4M Analysis, 5-why analysis
- Ensure Manufacturing Process as per control plan and standards
- Valuable Knowledge of mechanical mechatronics equipments, measurement equipments
- Ensure the correct application of process methods and specifications performing process audits
- Proficient in reading mechanical drawings
- Hands on experience on conducting Product Audit and Process Audit
- Intervene for corrections whenever necessary to prevent delivery of parts not conforming to Customer specific and legal requirements




- Ensure periodical product requalification (according to Customer and QMS requirements)
- Sound knowledge and hands on experience on application of SPC, MSA
- Able to maintain and validate 4M changes on line
- Able to maintain and improve line documents, records

What Qualifications you will bring:

B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics

Other skills that we would welcome:
- Experience of Improvement Projects like Kaizens.
- Knowledge of Product Process Validation Tests
- Strong communication skills and pro-active attitude
