Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Location: Mumbai

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of Customs duty, GST, TDS, E-invoice & TCS, MSME etc

Employee reimbursements and standard payments

Handling of accounts payable transactions– Foreign & Local

Voucher Match & Variance accounting

Processing Debit Notes/Credit Notes

Review of Accounts payable Ageing

Monitoring Suppliers Advances and follow-up to square-off.

Skills

B.com graduate or Professional qualification in accounting

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience

Good written and verbal communication skills

Having strong MS Office skills, particularly on Excel.

Knowledge of JD Edward’s or Oracle application software.
