About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, process-driven, and proactive HR Generalist to manage the complete Human Resources function. This role requires someone who can own the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, employee engagement, SOP creation, and HR strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess solid numerical and analytical skills, enabling effective workforce planning, HR budgeting, payroll management, and data-driven decision-making while building scalable HR systems for a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Prepare job descriptions and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct candidate screening, background verification, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

HR Operations
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, HRMS, documentation, and employee lifecycle.
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.




- Ensure accurate HR documentation and record management.

Payroll & Compensation
- Process monthly payroll with complete accuracy.
- Manage salary structures, reimbursements, incentives, statutory deductions, and payroll reports.
- Coordinate salary revisions and compensation administration.

HR Analytics & Budgeting
- Prepare HR budgets and headcount forecasts.
- Track recruitment costs, payroll expenses, attrition, productivity, and other HR metrics.
- Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
- Support management with data-driven HR planning and decision-making.

Policies, SOPs & Compliance
- Draft and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and HR SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate HR audits and maintain legal documentation.

Performance & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate performance reviews, probation evaluations
