Role Description
The Technical Trainer role at Trailbliz is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based and lab-based training programs in software development, programming languages, and DSA-related topics. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, guiding learners through hands-on projects,



and using AI-powered tools to demonstrate modern development workflows. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing feedback, organizing mock interviews, and collaborating with the curriculum team to continuously improve course content. The Technical Trainer will also support career readiness activities, such as mentoring students on interview preparation and professional skills.

Qualifications
- Solid background in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer, with the ability to teach programming and DSA concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated expertise in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, instructional delivery, and learner assessment.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to learners with varying levels of experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Java
