Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship based at Alila Fort Bishangarh, Jaipur.

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to support the execution of brand, digital, PR, and content initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality marketing and offers an opportunity to contribute across multiple facets of marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
2. Coordinate content creation, photoshoots, and video shoots.
3. Support social media planning.
4. Assist with influencer collaborations, media visits, and brand partnerships.
5. Create presentations, marketing collaterals, newsletters, and promotional materials.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to execute campaigns and guest experiences.
7. Maintain digital asset libraries and marketing documentation.
8. Assist with website content updates and campaign coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Robust interest in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and destination marketing.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
