Responsibilities

- Work with development and support teams to deliver solutions.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and business performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Jira is a plus.
- Experience in the web hosting or IT industry is preferred.
