- Production Planning Coordination Coordinate with production teams to set allocation priorities. Monitor production and warehouse activities for any allocation changes. Maintain and update daily production status on SharePoint.
- Shipment Planning Execution Plan and execute shipments via FCL, LCL, and Air modes. Share shipment plans with the warehouse team in advance. Coordinate with forwarders and transporters for timely vehicle availability. Manage sample shipment requests and ensure dispatch within timelines.
- Documentation Compliance Prepare Delivery Notes (DN) and validate details with Customer Service or planners. Handle Bill of Lading (BL) draft preparation and circulation. Coordinate for AIFTA/APTA and other export certifications. Ensure compliance with company policies and export regulations. Maintain and update ECR reports manually.
- Customer Stakeholder Management Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams. Respond promptly to customer and group company queries. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.




- Commercial Billing Activities Ensure accurate and timely billing processes. Coordinate with CP team for Air Freight costings and share quotations.
- Regulatory Government Liaison Liaise with government authorities for export-related matters. Stay updated on changes in export laws and regulations. Follow up with banks, customs, and authorities for documentation clearance.
- Logistics Vendor Coordination Support selection and evaluation of clearing agents and transporters. Ensure smooth coordination for efficient shipment movement.
- Tracking Reporting Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers. Maintain proper documentation and reporting, including sample tracking.
- End-to-End Export Operations Manage complete export lifecycle from planning to delivery. Ensure shipments are executed within agreed timelines.
