Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Insurance Sales role based in Kochi. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection needs and recommending suitable ICICI Prudential Life insurance plans. Responsibilities include generating leads through field activities,



building and maintaining relationships with customers, explaining product features and benefits, and completing the sales process, including documentation and follow-up. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance, providing post-sales support, and consistently meeting sales and service targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
- Solid Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge to effectively promote and explain life insurance products.
- Customer Service skills to provide clear guidance, handle queries, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Experience or understanding of Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance to manage diverse customer needs and product portfolios.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in the field and engage with customers in person.
- Goal-oriented
