About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Business Head – Operations to lead the Operations Business Unit for a fast-growing EPC company specializing in warehouse, industrial, and logistics infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, profitability, client satisfaction, and strategic expansion while ensuring successful delivery of projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall Operations Business Unit, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and growth plans.

Drive end-to-end execution of EPC, warehouse, industrial, and logistics infrastructure projects from planning to handover.

Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and market competitiveness.





Manage the P&L; of the Operations Business Unit and achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.

Oversee project planning, execution, procurement, contracts, engineering, design, quality, safety, and commercial functions.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Identify business opportunities, support tendering and pre-construction activities, and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.

Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and MIS reports, implementing corrective actions where required.

Drive value engineering, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across operations.
