Role Overview

We are looking for a Market Research Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in primary and secondary research. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and be passionate about uncovering consumer and market insights. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse research projects, support senior team members in delivering high-quality insights, and contribute to business decisions through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including research design, questionnaire/discussion guide development, fieldwork coordination, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in conducting primary research studies such as surveys, concept tests, product evaluations, Usage & Attitude (U&A;) studies, and customer feedback research.
- Support qualitative research activities including focus groups, in-depth interviews (IDIs), online communities, and consumer interviews.
- Conduct secondary research by gathering, analyzing,



and synthesizing information from industry reports, company filings, syndicated databases, and publicly available sources.
- Analyze survey data and research findings to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations that communicate research findings effectively.
- Support the development of client-ready presentations and insight summaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and contribute to research solutions.
- Coordinate with research vendors and fieldwork agencies to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity through ongoing secondary research.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to research quality standards.
