About the Role

We're looking for a Content Strategist to drive content planning and execution across our client portfolio spanning
Corporate, BFSI/Fintech, and other Brands.
You'll own the content strategy end-to-end, from ideation to publishing, while ensuring that SEO, SMO, AEO, and GEO best practices are built into everything we create.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Meet with creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals
2. Campaign creation, management and monitoring
3. Research content and consumer trends to ensure content remains relevant and appealing
4. Develop content strategies that effectively reach target audiences and marketing goals
5. Create content for various digital platforms, including blogs, websites, and social media
6. Proofread and edit content before publishing
7. Ensure SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented across all content
8. Create and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring consistency across all platforms




9. Coordinate with marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure timely delivery of assignments
10. Track consumer and content analytics; generate client reports and presentations
11. Stay current with content trends, consumer preferences, and technology advancements, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
12. Maintain organised content drives and storage systems for all clients
13. Ensure all content delivered is error-free, non-plagiarised, and free of AI-generated markers, strictly adhering to client briefs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in content strategy/writing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong command of written English with excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahref
