About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and hands-on Head of Finance & Accounts to lead the complete finance and accounting function of our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, compliance, banking, cash flow management, internal controls, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
- Prepare and review Financial Statements, MIS, Budgets & Forecasts.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit, and statutory regulations.
- Handle banking, cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and senior management.




- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Requirements:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Audits, Budgeting, MIS, Banking, and Financial Planning.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Plastics, Recycling, Trading, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
