Role Description
The Assembly Technician role at Gemopai is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The technician is responsible for assembling electric scooters and related components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include mechanical assembly, use of hand and power tools, basic electrical connections such as soldering, and routine inspections to ensure product quality.



The role involves collaborating with production and quality teams, identifying and reporting defects, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The technician is expected to follow all safety procedures, meet production targets, and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust mechanical assembly skills, including experience with Mechanical Assembly and use of Hand Tools.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in operating Power Tools safely and efficiently for production and assembly tasks.
- Candidates should possess basic electrical and soldering skills, including Soldering for wiring and component connections.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including visual inspection, measurement checks, and adherence to quality standards.
- Relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in automotive or electric vehicles.
