Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Home Interior Project Manager role based in Kolkata. The Home Interior Project Manager will oversee residential interior projects from planning through completion, coordinating design intent, materials, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising site activities, coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients,



and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving on-site issues, handling procurement and deliveries, and conducting inspections to ensure adherence to specifications. The project manager will maintain documentation, provide regular status updates, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Robust project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely procurement, follow-up, and delivery of materials.
- Inspection capabilities to verify workmanship, finishes, and compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Logistics management skills to organize site resources, manage vendor relationships, and optimize material flow to project locations.
